The 24-year old London-based Marcus Nelson presents his second solo exhibition « Lost Boys » referencing J.M Barrie’s Peter Pan and its theme of escpaism. Nelson portrays his Lost Boys exploring the demons and the torments that come with being human, in Neverland, a place you don’t run away to but you tend to runaway from.
The young artist emphasizes on the issues of masculinity and tackles the emotional struggles plaguing masculine culture.
On view now until May 29th at Eve Leibe Gallery, 65 Dalston Lane E8 2NG, London.
