Lee Ufan Gallery opened its doors in Arles, France
On Friday April 15th, Lee Ufan Arles Gallery opened it’s doors at the Hotel Vernon in Arles.
The Korean artist moved to Arles in October 2021 to create of a body of 13 works dedicated to and inspired by the city. To inaugurate the space, Lee Ufan joined forces with Tadao Ando. Together, they created artworks spread over three floors, each piece interacting with the space around it, emphasizing the historic legacy of the hotel.
On view now as a permanent collection at Hotel Vernon, 5 Rue Vernon, Arles
