ICONIC LETTERS/YSL GOES HOLLYWOOD
The fourth edition of the Stefano Pilati’s Manifesto for Yves Saint Laurent was distributed this Valentine’s Day 2009 on the streets of London, Milan, Paris, Tokyo and New York. This season’s Manifesto is an oversize catalog of iconic images of Claudia Schiffer for Spring/Summer 2009 shot by Inez Van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin in front of the Hollywood sign. In the center is a blood red poster, “a contemporary narrative.”
