George Condo’s “Pastels” two-part exhibition at Sprüth Magers and Hauser & Wirth New York, on view until April 12th
Tribute to the beautiful chaos of the mind, expressed through the powerful medium of pastel. The show unfolds across two spaces, each reflecting a different facet of Condo’s vision: at Hauser & Wirth, fragmented “bizarre characters”, while at Sprüth Magers – full abstraction reigns. Both parts create a fluid, untamed narrative of Condo’s ever-evolving experimentation with form, colour, and emotion.
