“Sag mir wo die Blumen sind” brings together Anselm Kiefer’s profound engagement with Vincent van Gogh’s work. This first-ever collaboration between the Van Gogh Museum and the Stedelijk Museum offers an immersive journey into Kiefer’s artistic evolution and historical reflections. Kiefer’s monumental new installation, a 24-meter-long immersive piece, incorporates an evocative mix of materials like paint, clay, dried flowers, and gold, recalling Van Gogh’s sunflowers, exploring themes of life, death, and human destiny.
