One view of Friedrich Petzel Gallery’s collaborative exhibition of Allan McCollum and Andrea Zittel. McCollum working with repetition and Zittel working with the language of color offer a new interpretation of originality. The manipulation of mass produced objects into individual identities merges two competing practices in a subtle and underscored manner. On view through October 19th at Friedrich Petzel, 456 West 18th Street, New York. Photo and text Juliana Balestin
